Residential tentative value notices are currently being mailed. The robust real estate market we continue to experience has had a direct impact on market values, since sales are the best indicator of value. The State requires all Ohio auditors to use uniform procedures to revalue parcels. This is currently taking place in Hamilton County for 2023. The State of Ohio creates a calendar by which each county is required to revalue all its parcels every six years. The 2023 reappraisal follows the 2020 triennial update which adjusted values three years ago. Three years after a reappraisal is a triennial update.
